Successful sale to GoCredible management and shareholders

The management and shareholders of GoCredible have successfully bought the shares of Rabo Frontier Ventures (“RFV”) and are building on to the next phase of the company. Rabobank and GoCredible will continue to work together as business partners while GoCredible will continue to provide services to joint customers and prospects independently.

GoCredible is a payment service provider specialized in payment transactions for parties operating in the platform economy such as marketplaces, web shops and other trading and brokerage platforms. By deploying GoCredible’s smart payments solutions there are efficient financial logistics created and a PSD2 DNB-license for handling third-party funds is no longer necessary.

Since the establishment of GoCredible in 2015, Rabobank and GoCredible have worked together on a number of propositions such as Rabo Safe2Pay, a conditional payment method that was ultimately included by PostNL in its Gelijk Oversteken service. In 2018, Rabo Frontier Ventures (RFV) joined as a shareholder to strengthen this partnership and take the company to the next level of development, this level has now been achieved.
